"Minimized Dental Implants" is a book I am writing on the most significant revolution in dentistry ever: the power to replace a lost tooth as good as new...almost! I will be posting excerpts of the book in fits and starts as inspiration and passion boils over. The title reflects my conviction that titanium dental implants need not be as big as they are now and can be minimized optimally and thus make them easier to place, more versatile in use and affordable to anyone who needs one.

I've never heard of minimized dental implants, Dr. Foo. How widespread is this procedure? My teeth are terrible. I've always had really thin enamel, and I've been deciding between getting veneers or dental implants for a few years now. This new procedure is definitely attractive.
