Now things are beginning to take shape and the first of many spontaneous smiles !! Those are real narrow ridges, considering that they never carried teeth before....... can they even be called alveolar bone?
Narrow ridges with limited budget and desire to smile asap and certainly no inclination for bone grafts and the like ......... MINIS THE BEST BET ?
